We are experienced and skilled in developing audit models and in undertaking case file audits across social care. With a wealth of experience in inspections across social care and education we can support our clients in the preparation for inspections and subsequent implementation of recommendations. We are also able to support with investigations and complaints activity.
We work with our clients to improve performance and quality through the development of their internal capacity. We regularly work with practitioners and managers and can use coaching, mentoring and training on either an individual or a group basis.
